Position Overview
The Park Manager role is both independent and responsible, requiring excellent communication, management and organizational skills. This position is ideal for a motivated and driven individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from hands-on operations to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality experiences for villa guests
- Managing reservations and activity bookings
- Overseeing daily financials and managing budgets
- Running operations and maintaining and developing the park
- Supporting marketing efforts
What We Are Looking For:
- A motivated and driven individual ready to execute a variety of tasks, from hands-on to strategic
- Strong organizational skills
- Background in tourism and a keen interest in working in an international setting
- Fluency in English and the ability to operate in Finnish; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences and attention to detail
- A true team player who values collaboration and brings a positive, supportive attitude to the team
